The antagonistic relationship between the experienced Sergeant Sarah Collins and the novice cop Lizzie Griffiths is at the heart of London’s novels and The Tower. What happened on the roof of the tower is the mystery that Sarah must uncover. When it’s finally revealed, the truth will cast its shadow over Sarah and Lizzie’s relationship and their lives.

The Tower is an exciting new three-part crime thriller which sees Gemma Whelan play Detective Sergeant Sarah Collins, shooting started in April 2021, which was when Vine FX’s involvement began, following conversations with Producer Paul Testar (The Serpent) who produced with Sherie Myers (I May Destroy You) as co-producer, and Jim Loach (Save Me Too) directed the series.

With on-set support provided throughout, the VFX work completed included gore enhancements, digital matte painting of the city skylines and the tower itself, screen and banner enhancements, day for night enchantments
